Our Week-Long Experiences offer a unique, hands-on way for your children to experience the museums. Engaging activities will allow participants to see, touch, and do something out of the ordinary.

We are now taking reservations for our 2012 Week-Long Experiences! Program sizes are limited. Please call (607)-547-1461 to reserve your child’s spot.

Children should bring a bag lunch to the below programs. Snacks will be provided.

Week at the Crossroads

  • July 16-20; 9:00-3:00
  • Ages 9-12, Max. 20 children, Min. 10
  • Fee: $250/$200 for NYSHA members
  • Join us for an intensive, hands-on experience of farm and village life circa 1845. Children will delve into the life of the 19th century pharmacist, blacksmith and farmer. Additional highlights include open-hearth cooking, daily craft activities and a nature walk.
