Saturday and Sunday, June 30-July 1 Download the complete schedule here. Fibers are made into yarns and threads and yarns and threads are made into useful items through a variety of processes. This weekend we will explore how natural fiber is harvested and transformed into wearable, utilitarian, and decorative items. Demonstrations, hands-on activities and mini exhibits will illustrate the processes of turning fiber into these items. Ongoing activities will include spinning, dying, weaving, felting, knitting, crocheting, fiber processing. Fiber animals will be on exhibit. Featured:
